⁄shipping
We aim to ship the majority of products within 1–3 business days. if you select direct bank transfer payment option, orders are processed and shipped after order payment is received. shipments outside croatia may be subject to import duties and tax. Additional charges must be at the customer’s expense. eng.inktrapbooks.com has no control over these charges and accepts no responsibility for any additional costs. all orders are shipped with GLS courier service. domestic (croatia) shipping and handling cost is 5 € (37,67 kn) flat rate. international shipping costs are based on courier prices and varies by country. free shipping is available on our checkout page for domestic (croatia) orders with totals over 50 € (376,73 kn).

⁄payment
domestic (croatia) transactions are processed via  “cash on delivery (pouzeće)” or “direct bank transfer” options. for domestic orders “direct bank transfer” is available by simply scanning a code on your screen after checkout. International transactions are processed only via “direct bank transfer”. Please be aware that you are responsible for possible extra costs calculated by your bank. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel the order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to: product availability, errors in the description or price of the product, error in your order, if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

⁄products
inktrap j.d.o.o. is a consignee and advertises products on behalf of a consignor (publisher). products listed on eng.inktrapbooks.com are property of respected consignors (publishers). The specifications of books are advertised on the site so please check them prior to ordering, to make sure you are satisfied with your order. eng.inktrapbooks.com is not liable for potential product(s) cosmetic, manufacturing, editing, printing or binding errors and defects, as eng.inktrapbooks.com is not a manufacturer or publisher of advertised products and has no control over these issues. Some publications are considered “new-old stock” meaning that those publications are very limited in quantities and will not ever be reprinted. those publications might have minor cosmetic defects and as such are only copies left available from publishers. also eng.inktrapbooks.com is not liable if any delivered product(s) infringes on foreign copyrights or other foreign industrial property rights of third parties.

⁄returns
Products may be returned if you notify us via email within 7 days of receipt of product. Products must be returned undamaged and in the state in which they were sent. You are responsible for ensuring correct packing of the product and using appropriate postal delivery methods with relevant insurance cover in place. eng.inktrapbooks.com is not responsible for the loss or damage of any returned product. Upon satisfactory receipt of the returned goods we will refund your payment within 7 days minus the costs of initial shipping and packing charges. Book bundles and books on sale are non-refundable or exchangeable. 

⁄damage
If your product is received damaged in the post, please notify us immediately and retain the product and packing and we will contact our courier company who will be responsible for addressing and compensating the damage claim. Notify us immediately and we will advise on the appropriate course of action. Once the product has been dispatched, risk of loss is passed to the customer, eng.inktrapbooks.com has no control over potentially damaged or lost packages.
